These terms apply to all purchases on theculinaryphotographer.pro, operated by Diego Arenas. By buying or using our products you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell digital products: online courses, guides and Adobe Lightroom presets. Access or download links are delivered by email right after payment.

2. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use the presets on your own photos, including client work. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the course materials or preset files, in whole or in part.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the charge to your local currency and may apply its own fees. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Results

Our courses teach methods based on our professional experience. Results depend on your own practice and effort, and we do not guarantee any specific income or outcome.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All photos, videos, texts and presets are owned by Diego Arenas and protected by copyright.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
