Refund Policy

All products sold on theculinaryphotographer.pro are digital (online courses and Lightroom presets). You get access immediately after payment.

Before you buy

Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the content. By completing your purchase you agree to receive the content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

When we will refund you

• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You did not receive access and we could not fix it within 7 days of your message.
• The files are faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement.

To request help or a refund, email theculinaryphotographer@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Check your Promotions, Spam and Junk folders first. If it is not there, write to us and we will resend it.
